Product Information

We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing displayed on the website are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur, including:

Prices displayed online are subject to change without notice and may fluctuate based on inventory, supplier pricing, and production requirements.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders containing incorrect pricing or technical errors.

Artwork & Proofing

Prior to production, customers will receive a digital proof for approval unless the order has been specifically submitted as a rush service.

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing:

Approval delays may affect estimated production and shipping schedules.

Where required, our team may recreate or vectorize supplied artwork to improve print quality. Customers remain responsible for confirming final accuracy before production approval.

Rush Orders

Orders requested under rush production timelines may proceed without formal proof approval in order to meet deadlines.

A visual mock-up may still be provided where possible, but Printed 4 You cannot be held responsible for errors once production has commenced on expedited orders.

Color Matching

Printed colors may vary depending on:

Printing method
Surface texture
Production batch


While we will attempt to match requested Pantone references where possible, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include:

Orders may not proceed into production until payment has been received and cleared unless approved credit terms are in place.

Approved business accounts operating on credit terms must pay invoices according to agreed payment schedules.

Past due balances exceeding 30 days may incur a monthly finance charge of 1.2% (14.4% annually). Customers are also responsible for any legal or collection costs associated with recovering unpaid balances.

Samples

Free product samples may be offered on selected items. While sample products may be provided at no charge, customers may still be responsible for applicable shipping, handling, or courier fees.

Invoice Accuracy

Customers must review invoices carefully before payment is submitted.

Printed 4 You is not responsible for invoice-related discrepancies, quantity issues, or order inaccuracies that were not reported prior to payment confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping dates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Printed 4 You is not liable for delays caused by:

Risk and ownership of goods transfer to the customer once delivery has been completed.

We reserve the right to dispatch orders earlier than estimated where production is completed ahead of schedule.

Production Quantity Variance

Due to standard manufacturing tolerances, final delivered quantities may vary by up to 10% over or under the ordered quantity.

Customers will be invoiced based on the actual quantity shipped.

Claims & Reporting Issues

Any concerns relating to damaged goods, defects, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 10 calendar days of delivery.

Claims relating to non-delivery must be submitted within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printed 4 You’s total liability relating to any order, product, or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
